2021 Manufacture Date Google Nest Hub Max's Randomly Turning Off

Hi Google Fam! I'm trying to decide what to do about this situation. I have 2 x Google Nest Hub Max's that behave the exact same.

(1) They randomly reboot, even if I'm in the middle of talking to it or Googling something. The warranty expired NOV 2021.

(2) It picks and chooses when it wants to give a snappy response. Sometimes it'll just hang there for 30 seconds, and then respond. Sometimes it'll tweak out, and just shut down before rendering a response. 

Is this just the life expectancy of these? Get over it and buy new ones? I'm really sad and love these devices, but I don't know what to do. I've followed all the guidance here. Re-started, checked all power, factory reset, Re-did my entire wifi setup throughout the house to Google WiFi Pro (Wifi6), even tried factory resetting everything all together and did fresh setups for all. 

Honestly, what's up with these? Software issue? Low quality PCB??? I want to know if it's just time to trash this model and move on or what?
