Hello everyone,
Last year November I have bought a nest hub max, and had no issues with it till last week. My issue or problem is that the hub is getting 4 dots that keep spining eventhou the hub ist working. By working I mean the hard buttons are receiving commands. I can switch on of camera and mic and the Google voice is telling me that it's on or off. But other than that it isn't doing anything. It's just those 4 dots that spin looks like loading or something like that. This keeps happening everyday at random hours. The only thing that I can do to make it work again for a while is plug out the power cord and then putting it back in.
I have tried to reset it, and it was pointless if I may say so as the problem still persists. The irony is that the warranty just finished last month. This might be a firmware issue? And it can be fixt by an update? Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks
