Hi,
yesterday I've installed the nest hub 2, form google home from my android device everything went well: the nest is visible from my smartphone, the nest was able to update its software but when it reboot an error message comes asking my to "disable AP isolation".
I checked in my router this configuration and the item "Wireless isolation" is unchecked.
No now the nest hub keeps asking me to use google home and connect an account and basically I cannot do anything with my nest.

Hey mcanonic,
We're sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.
Make sure you're using a regular Google Account and you're connecting your device to a private home network. Try rebooting your router to refresh the connection. Resetting your Google Nest Hub might help too.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Alex

Hi,
by rebooting everything cellphone, nest and router, now it works. I think that the "best move" was rebooting the router.
In the nest hub 2 you should add this hint: reboot your router device if the device does not work after it says that it is connected.
