Sleep timer still not working

I have been using my mini to listen to the radio with an instruction to play for 60 minutes. It has been working fine up until the last couple of weeks. It will play the radio as instructed and confirms it will switch off but it never does. Has anybody else experienced this or know how to solve the issue?

It would be good to get an update from someone at Google support but the response to this issue so far has been really disappointing

How can we be sure the team in on it when this has been going on for so long without any kind of fix.

Hi @Arbee 

Hundreds of people have already reported this. There are many, many threads about it. Google have at times been merging new threads with one of the originals which has been locked. It affects all google sound devices.

It may have coincided with firmware release 324896, but as users we are only guessing. Google will not say other than they are aware of the bug.

Consequently a fix is awaited. When, nobody knows.

Mine does the same on both Google max and Google hub. Really annoying to be honest. Sometimes wake up at 3am to turn off

I don’t know what is more annoying, the problem with the timer or the lack of any real progress from Google. Incredibly poor customer service.
