Seems in the last day of so a problem has developed when trying to
switch from playing the radio to playing Spotify on my Nest Audio 2nd
gen speakers. While playing a radio station trying to switch to playing
Spotify will no longer work, e.g. saying ...
Anyone happen to know if its possible to get the Google Nest Audio
speakers to say a custom phrase initiated from a routine. I know there
is a 'Broadcast/Announce' command but this does not work if initiated
from a routine.

Hi @Jong1 Try the following:In the automation rather than selecting the
'Play and control media' option select the 'Try adding your own' option
then use the phrase 'Play Radio X' or possibly 'Play Radio X from Global
Player'. Tested this and it worke...

that is to create a simple routine to action the playing of that
particular playlist and give that routin...
