We were able before to see the wake-up alarm(s) programmed in the bottom of the screen (when the nest was showing only the clock) but it's no longer visible. It's the second time we misconfigure an alarm and realized it too late cause of this missing information. How can we bring it back?

Hi Andreg,
Thanks for reaching out.
I appreciate the details you've shared. Can you tell me if you've already tried to cancel all the alarms and set a new one? Also, if this would not work, let's perform a complete reset on your device to see if that would make any changes.
Lastly, please provide the cast firmware version of your Google Nest Display.
To check the firmware version:
Keep me posted.

Hi,
I did what you suggest and did not solve the issue on my Nest Hub (first generation). The cast firmware is 1.56.291758.
But I tried with a second generation and the alarm is now visible (half-yeah! 🙂 )
Do you know who should I contact (and how) to bring it back on the first generation of Nest Hub!?
Thanks for your help

Just a quick return to say that it was visible when I went to bed yesterday night and the "cast firmware" version is still the same. I never noticed that before but I think the alarm became visible when its scheduled for the next 12 hours.
I mark your answer as the good one, thanks again
