Algo deu errado

Estou com problema nos meus 3 nest mini.
Em todos eles eu recebo a mensagem:
"Desculpe, algo deu errado. Quando puder, tente novamente."

  • When are you getting that error message? What are you trying to do?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Does the issue persist continuously or intermittently?
  • Were there any recent changes with the setup?

Basic troubleshooting steps:

Google Home App Issues:

  • App Updates: Check for updates to the Google Home app.
  • App Restart: Close and reopen the Google Home app.
  • Clear App Cache and Data: As a last resort, clear the app cache and data (this will remove saved preferences).

Nest Mini Firmware:

Device Restart:
