Anomalous response from Nest

This morning while we were at breakfast, without asking the assistant, I left the kitchen and in the room where there is a Google Nest Audio one of the 4 LEDs was on. Not knowing the situation (it had never happened to me) I ask the assistant what it means and he replies that he was sending me a notification in the google Home app. So it has been, or opened and read, that only one led lit means that there is a notification that the assistant wants to send and that I have to question him saying "Hey google what's going on?". So I did and he replied: "if I tell you, you don't believe it". We were blown away and we don't understand where the notification is and what it is. It is not present anywhere.
