Apple Music

I have just completed the initial set up for my google home mini. I’m trying to link my Apple Music to the mini but every time I do, I get a message saying something went wrong. I am signed into my Apple Music on my phone and it is working fine and also have made sure I am signed into the correct account. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues when linking your apple music account to your smart speaker. Can you provide a screenshot to what the message shows?

Not sure if I can post a screen shot here, but I’m seeing “something went wrong, try again” when trying to link my Apple Music 

It's definitely strange. Have you got another device you can try to link the apple music to such as your partners phone, child's phone maybe or if you have another device which you can try to link it with?  It may be worth a shot.

haleychambers76, have you had the chance to try using a different setup phone? How’s it? If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the Apple Music app and the Google Home app. Do not login yet to the Apple Music app. Proceed to login to the Google Home app and then link your Apple Music account. Let us know how it goes.
