Apps drawer nest hub

I have recently bought a google nest hub 2nd gen and noticed no app drawer was available. How can I get the app drawer? And does it work in the UK?

From my understanding, this is only available within the US.
There are some tricks, but this requires setting the language to English (US) instead of English (UK).
