Hi Folks, so purchased a Google hub earlier this year and decided a few days ago to expand on this. Purchased another hub and a mini. The original hub is working fine, the new mini is working fine but the new hub is a complete mess. So I have 2 Nest Hubs and a Nest Mini. It has connection issues and when it is connected other units answer the questions to it in other rooms. Then it comes back with "there's been a glitch" or "hmm something went wrong". I've rebooted, reset, removed, reinstalled but same issue on same unit. I took it back to the shop and they tested and it worked fine using my home account and their network. Tried again at home and same issue. Seems to be that "Authentication isn't successful". I go in and look at this and it's linked to my account. Any ideas?

So figured out what was wrong. When I looked up devices connected to my network I could see that the IP address for the Hub on the settings of the unit was an unknown device on the network yet it was already there as Google hub on another IP address. I blocked the unknown IP address on the router and its been working fine since. Guess the setup and factory reseting didn't work (along with a bunch of other fixes). I'm sure others will have a similar issue so hope this helps.

Well it's going on at my house. Started 4-5 days ago. No changes to my home system. 500mb download, Linksys Mesh for past 4 years. Every other device (50+) in my home that connects to WiFI works perfectly, Only the Google devices are not working. I keep every single device connected detailed in my router, I do not have the issue you have.
All of my nest devices will frequently say 'sorry there was a glitch'. Google sucks.
