Back to square 1.. Audio broadcasts are replaced with Text-To-Speech Voice broadcasts again.

I have no idea why this is a recurring theme now, and I would really like to have a Google representative explain to me what is the cause of this and how I can prevent it, but our in-house broadcast messages are being "translated" (badly) by their system and sent around the house in the voice of the Google Assistant; not that of my wife or any of my kids.

Why is this being done? Is this to discourage use of the system? Should we be paying for something? What is WRONG with you that you keep doing this to us? We speak Dutch and English in this household and the speech-to-tech to text-to-speech pipeline keeps messing up our messages. On top of that, we can't hear who sent the original message! It is completely unusable like this!

It does look like this issue has returned unfortunately. Google is aware of the problem and is investigating. There's nothing you can or need to do on your end to solve.
