I live in a hostel and we have one common wifi network. The problem is that it has AP isolation and there is no way to turn it off. This prevents the devices from finding each other (appears the message "connection is established, but the device cannot be found". It also says to disable wifi isolation). I'm wondering if there is any way to eliminate the isolation between my devices (smartphone, nest hub) while connected to this network? Perhaps installing a wifi repeater in the room will help? Tell me what you know, please.
