Bedtime routine does no longer work in Dutch on Google Nest Hub 2

The Bedtime routine does no longer work in Dutch on Google Nest Hub 2 ("Welterusten")
It does not understand the "ask me when to set the alarm"-command anymore, for more than a month now.

The command works on other devices without issues (Google Nest Audio, Lenovo Essential Clock).

It is about time Google fixed this! What happened with testing software changes?
If they send me the hardware I can be a test bunny.

Please solve this. This is what I bought the device for!

Hi Archdevil,

This is not the experience we want you to have; let me help you. A few questions: were there any recent changes made? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Could you give us the new firmware version of your Nest Hub (2nd Gen)? See the steps below:

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. Touch and hold your device's tile.
  3. Tap Settings and then Device information.
  4. Under "Technical information," check for Cast firmware: "X.XXX.XXXXX." If the device is on Fuchsia, check for System firmware version: "X.XXXXXXXX.X.XXXXXXX"

In the meantime, try to set your phone’s language to ES-English and see what happens. Also, it would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest Hub (2nd Gen).
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Dan
