Google Nest Audio doet niks meer

Ik heb twee Google Nest Audio speakers. Beide doen helemaal niks meer. Lampjes branden niet. We kunnen niet resetten. 
Het lijkt me sterk dat ze allebei tegelijk kapot zijn gegaan. Wat zou er aan de hand junnen zijn en hoe krijgen we ze weer aan de praat?

Before you connect any lights to your Google Nest Audio, you need to make sure that it is completely set up and working using its native app. After everything is completely set up, make sure that the Google Nest Audio, router and lights are pretty close to each other for a stable Wi-Fi connection.

As soon as everything is set, try saying "Ok Google, sync my devices".
