My Google Nest Hub is showing a black box on the screen with green lines across it. The touch screen is still working but the scrolling seems to happen in the background (behind the black box). I have tried factory reset, disconnecting the power and reconnecting again but nothing works. Unable to establish communication to the unit now that I can't scan the QR code displayed on the screen. Please help

Thanks for your reply. It was purchased in 2021 in from the US Google Store. Is this due to a firmware glitch? I am away on holiday and unable to take a photo of the unit but I found a photo online which depicts the issue.
