Black screen on google display

My google display is black with some white lines. I have done a factory reset and I can now use the hub but still not display.

I would try another factory reset and hope that helps. Otherwise there seems to be a failure with that device. You can reach out to support directly for guidance: Contact Us - Google Nest Help
