Black screen with Audio

Black screen only. Audio is working but no display.

display function is also disabled when I open the device from Google home app.

already tried all possible TS but still the same.

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.

For starters: when did it start happening? Is it still responding via voice commands? What troubleshooting steps you've done so far?

Maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. Yes, it still responds with voice commands. 

did a power cycle. Hard / soft reboot. But same,
