Hello, I was hoping someone else may have had this issue and can help me. A few days ago my nest hub froze and stopped working, so I unplugged it thinking it would just reboot. After this it was stuck on the loading screen, and it has not worked since. I factory reset the device after nothing else worked, and now it will not connect to my phone again. Every time I try I either get this error message after connecting to wifi "we're unable to connect to your nest hub you may need to try again" or it stays on the wifi step and doesn't load at all. I've rebooted my wifi router, updated the app, cleared the cache, deleted the app and all information and re done it from scratch and literally nothing works. Any help would be amazing

Hey Ell1,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to know that you're having issues connecting your Google Nest Hub to your network. To confirm, is it stuck at "G Logo"? Have you tried to use a different phone to set up your Nest display? Have you made any changes on your router lately?
To eliminate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Nest Hub).
By the way, thanks to @RachelGomez123 for helping here!
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
Muddi
