Blackweb while trying to set alarms

Likely in the wrong place but, sometime ago (months?) setting alarms on my blackweb speaker stopped working , usually asking back the date and time. or giving me a reply with alarms set in the year 1970.  I could still set alarms on my google display (in the kitchen but not good for morning alarm)   I just did a full reset on my blackweb and it has become partly usable.  I have been able to set alarms in 'military' time but asking for an alarm 'at 5' gets 'your alarm is set for 11PM.'  The alarm for '1600' just went off at 4PM.

6 hours off, is this a sign that a time zone is wrong somewhere, I don't seem to have a way to set this in the blackweb.

Please note that we have limited support for third-party speakers with built-in Google Assistants, like the Blackweb speaker. If the reset does not fix the issue, I suggest that you reach out to Blackweb support for better assistance.
