How do I get Google Home to Broadcast with my voice rather than it interpret my message and broadcast with the google assistant voice?
I usually broadcast a message in Chinese to my kids but Google Home would end up broadcasting the message in English words that sound alike so the messages end up won't make any sense.
My wife's broadcast in Chinese with no issue, uses her voice and exact message.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
I also wanted to let you know that this is a bug that we have created a ticket for and our engineering team is reviewing this and investigating how to resolve this matter.

I still have this problem. I tried changing settings as suggested by other blogs etc, but nothing works. I am forced to use English to get the message through to the kids with the Google home, which sucks, since we want to encourage them to speck Chinese at home.

Yes, still had the problem. Had stopped using the function with Google Home and gone back to yelling up the stairs to get the kids. 😞

Do you mind me asking if you have set up Google Assistant on your device? All devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as well? I have linked a couple of articles that may be of use. I would recommend checking both of these out, as they have additional troubleshooting steps.
