Broken Subwoofer on Google Home Max

The Subwoofer doesn’t sound right and I wanted to open the speaker up to try to fix it but I can’t figure out how to get it open. It’s a Google Home Max and I got the mesh panel off but I can’t figure out how to keep going.

It looks like it's difficult to do past just the front grill. I couldn't find anything except this, where you'd have to pay
