Up until a few weeks ago, i was able to say "Hey Google, play "x" on Netflix" and it would just launch and play that Media. Now, i try it and it says that title is not available and won't play. Yet, i can go into the app on my phone and cast that same movie or show to the device. Worked completely fine until just recently.

Thanks for reaching out — let’s see what’s going on. A few questions: when did it begin? Have you tried playing video via YouTube to isolate it? What steps have you taken to fix it? Try to reboot your Nest Hub and observe if it will make a difference.
