Calling Google Nest Hub Max

My google nest hub max can call people but when I go to the Duo app on my phone & try to call "my home devices", nothing happens! How do I call my nest hub max from my phone?

In the Home app, there should be a call home button near the top of te page.

Thank you. There is but when I select this, Duo opens & it looks like it's trying to call but nothing happens. Tries for a few seconds & then stops.
