Camera feed is not available

Hello,

I purchased a Cubo ai pro baby camera aiming to use my existing Lenovo google display as baby display. I also have some eufy security cameras and doorbell. With my Lenovo screen:

- The eufy doorbell works

-The outdoor cameras eufycamera 2c do not work.

-Cubo Ai does not work either. It just says "Camera feed is not available"

The one I really want it to work is the Cubo AI camera, so I am focusing my efforts to get that one to work.

I contacted Cubo AI support and they informed that the old google displays are not supported and that I need to get a nest hub in order to get support.

So I did and nothing improved. I get the same results as above. I've tried to remove and add multiple times as well as tweaking my router settings to no avail.

Return window is coming up soon, so hopefully I can get help here since Google's chat support is always busy.

Did you ever solve this? Just got a Nest Hub and this was one of the major reasons. It just says it's unavailable for me too.

No. Google will not provide any support for third party cameras.

Cubo ai support asked me to reset both the camera and the hub, but did not work for me. They are working on it, but idk if they can fix it.

I'm going to return the hub and buy an Alexa device to see if I have better luck.

Mine worked for a month and suddenly stopped working. I also tried to reset the hub, it worked for couple of hours, then the streaming screen turned black. Not sure what to do now.

I am also having this issue. Live stream worked in Nest Hub for a few days and now camera is either black screen or frozen on a frame. I have tried unpairing camera, restarting Nest, changing wifi for Nest and hard reboot of Nest all with the same results. Nest will connect to other cameras I have (Arlo) but does not work with the Cubo AI. Mobile app works so it isn't a network issue.
