Screen of death

My best hub is stuck on a grey screen with a g in the middle. Unresponsive. Tried unplugging and moved to other location to try. Left unplugged for days. Will not factory reset. Help. I use this everyday.

My device has also been like this for about 2 months, factory resetting once a week, keeping the power off in between as it never gets passed this screen, nothing seems to have fixed this. Can’t check for an update as my google home app can’t find the device either.

Hi Kangel78,

This has been an issue that some Community members have been posting about on and off for a few months. I do not know of a sure fix either.
