We just installed a Lutron Caseta system. Our garage is too far from our house (even with a repeater) to connect with the Lutron base inside the house so we purchased a second base for the garage. That base is on the same wifi network.
I connected all the Caseta house lights with Google Home and it works great using Google Assistant.
In order to connect the garage lights, with Google Home, Lutron is asking for a second Google Home account. So, I created a second Google Home account. However, when I ask the assistant to turn off the garage lights, it does not recognize the lights. I've double checked that I am calling them the right thing etc.
I don't understand exactly how Google Assistant is connected to a Google Home, so maybe I've forgotten do do something basic.
