My senior citizen parents use Google nest hub max to video chat with me. Recently we started having problems with Duo video calls.
1.Family Group calls stopped working first. When I initiate a group call, I can see it ringing on my screen(android) but no one in the group(nest hub max, android) get a call notification. One to one call worked. So we just did that.
2.Now one to one duo calls also stopped working. On my android phone screen, the duo call is ringing, but nest hub max does not show any notification of call coming in. Nest hub max cannot make an outgoing duo call to contacts either. It keeps calling but I don't get a notification. We tried turn off and on the device. Please help.
