Can Nest Hub 2nd gen report room temperature ?

The daily sleep sensing report is able to report the room temperature.  Can we ask the Google assistant to report the current room temperature?

e.g. OK Google, what is my room temperature?

If I ask "Hey, Google.  What's the temperature inside?" it responds with both the current set temperature as well as the current actual temperature.  Give that a try.

I don't have a smart thermostat in my house.  When I asked for the room temperature, it said "Sorry, it looks like thermostat isn't setup yet".

Oh, the Hub itself doesn't have a temperature sensor so you can't use that alone to tell you what the temperature inside is.

In the detailed sleep sensing report, under the Quality page, the top right corner has (Light icon) dark, (temperature icon) 20 C. I wonder where the temperature came from.

Oh, you're right they do have a temperature sensor.  Sorry, I actually only have first gen Hubs and Hub Max and I wasn't aware.  I'll ask around for you to see if this sensor is accessible through assistant.

Sorry, I'm not getting anything for this.  I can only advise to try a few different phrasings and if you can't get anywhere assume it's not available.  Leave feedback about this in the Home app and at least your suggestion will be logged.
