Can’t add hub user

I can’t find any way to add my child as a user on my nest hub. When I go to google home to add them it says there are no devices found even though both the mobile device and hub are connected to the same wifi

Thanks for reaching out.

Certain accounts don't have the ability to be a home member (Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) and Child accounts). However, you can still link a child's account to a speaker or display. Check this guide for details.
