I’ve been trying to cancel my Nest Aware subscription, but it’s almost impossible to do as instructions from Microsoft or not what I see on my home app. Does anybody know how to do this?

If you have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, are you able go to the page below to manage (and cancel) your subscription? (It doesn't work for us anymore because we switched to a 2nd gen subscription in 2020.)

If you have a 2nd gen Nest Aware subscription, you should be able to go to the page below, click on the 3 vertical dots, and click on "Cancel subscription":
