My NEST HUB 2nd Generation Display

Google Nest Hub Display suddenly turned OFF. It does not come ON even after setting up again. Audio is fine

I've reviewed the information you provided, and I have a few more questions to ensure I can provide the correct troubleshooting steps:

  • When did the issue start?
  • Was there any type of electrical outage around the time the issue began?
  • Is the speaker or display plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector?
  • When the speaker or display is plugged into the wall outlet, does it show any LED lights that indicate that it has power?

Thanks for your reply to my query regarding Nest Hub.
It was working nicely, and about a fortnight ago, the display suddenly went blank. However, it was responding to voice messages and even playing music.
My efforts to bring the display ON failed.
Then as suggested reset it and now there is no response at all.
Now coming to the set up.
It is plugged into a wall and it has been for more than two years. No surge protector is used.
There was no LED glowing once the failure happened.
Even the Google logo 'G' did not show up.
 
Apparently there is no software-related issue.
 
Can suggest a way out.
