Hello! We have a Nest Mini in the kitchen for a while now and it works flawlessly. Now we bought a Nest Audio for the living room and it's not available on the Cast to a device function in the YouTube Music Android app on our phones (the Nest Mini is visible; everything is connected to the same WiFi). After resetting the device or just unplugging it the Nest Audio is visible for casting for half a day or so and then it's gone again. Super annoying. Anyone any idea on how to fix this?

This usually happens if the Google Nest Audio is not on the same connection as the phone that you are using to cast. Please check if you are using a dual-band router since it may broadcast 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with the same network name and password, causing the casting device to auto-switch from one bandwidth to another. You can also do a sequential reboot for both your router and your speaker for three to five minutes.
