Can’t connect IPhone to mini speaker

Phone and speaker are on the same Wi-Fi network.  I get the screen on the Home app that says “connected to Wi-Fi “.   Then the “something went wrong” message saying the speaker was setup but it couldn’t connect with my iPhone.

it’s worked fine as of a week ago but since I moved work locations this is what I get.

I have the same issue. Did you find a fix?

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for posting.

Sorry to hear about what's happening with your Google Home/Nest speakers. I'd like to know more info regarding this by answering these questions:

  • How many Google Home/Nest speakers are affected by this?
  • Are there any changes made on your router/network settings before this happened?
  • What are the steps you've done so far?

Let's go ahead and try rebooting your router first by unplugging it from the power source for at least 20 minutes to refresh your network settings. Also, let's make sure that the devices are within range from the router to get a better WiFi connection.

Let me know if these steps worked.

Best,

Princess
