Can't connect Nest Hub

I have 1 nest hub and 2 nest minis. Recently changed internet provider, and switched everything across to the new router supplied. Everything works, inlcuding the nest minis, but the nest hub will not connect to the new service/router. I have been onto support for both the new provider and google. I have done all sorts of resets; restarts; connected via hotspot etc etc but still no next hub.

I still have the old internet provider connected, and if I turn that router back on and connect my phone to that, I can re-connect the nest hub no worries, but it will not go over to the new network!

Can anyone help with this?

Similar scenario, moved house & can't connect my Google nest to the WiFi . Despitetrying manually & automatically.

Best suggestion is to factory reset the nest hub and set it up from scratch, as there may be settings under the hood that aren't able to switch to the new network.  I know it's aggravating but it will work

Yes, I've done afctory reset quite a few times, but that too seems to have no effect?

When you factory reset it , you will need to set it up from scratch.  Best test is, once you reset it, ask it a question, any question, if it says you need to set it up, it worked, if it says no internet connection, then the factory reset didn't work .
