Can't connect bluetooth to muy phone

Can't connect my phone via bluetooth to the Nest Audio and the app is crashing.

I understand the feeling when you're having issues connecting your phone to your Google Nest Audio. A few questions: is this the first that you're connecting your phone to your speaker via Bluetooth? Have you tried connecting a different Bluetooth device to your speaker? Are there error messages? Also, what troubleshooting steps have been done?
