Can’t reach this camera

I have added my wife to my family group, invited her to the home associated with all of the devices at our house. She can access and control devices in the house. The exception is our Google home Max. When trying to view the camera stream from home on the wifi using an iPhone she gets an error stating “can’t reach this camera “. At the same time, my phone on the same wifi network can view the camera stream. We have tried removing and te adding her to the family group and going. This did not resolve the issue. I cannot see any obvious permissions issues either.

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the delay. Is the Google Home app updated on her phone? If possible, try to use another phone and her account, then observe if you get the same behavior.
