Can't remove Nest Mini from home or add it

There's no way to remove Nest Mini speaker from my home. It's listed in Home app under "other devices". There's a "request invite" option, which says it sent but I see no request on my Android phone or Gmail. Three for menu only has help/feedback.

How do we add or remove speaker?

Solution:

When there's no "remove" for nest mini in Hone app, hard reset the device. 😀

That means the speaker is connected to the Wi-Fi your phone is connected to but was setup with a different account than the one you're logged into the Home app with. Is it your speaker or is it someone else's?

Ef11, you can try these steps in removing device to your home. 

 

  1. Open the Google home app .
  2. Tap your device >Settings >Unlink or Remove device > Unlink or Remove.

You can check this guide for the steps on how to set up your Google Nest Mini under your account. Hope this helps!

As I wrote in my OP, "Three (dot) menu only has help/feedback." 

There was no remove anywhere. I had to hard reset to remove. That's the solution when there's no remove.

So sad people offer advice w/o reading the post carefully😥
