I have 3 Google Nest Audio speakers and have an issue with one of them. I cannot perform factory reset: when I power up the white lights at the front come on and scan across and after about a minute they go off. I get no voice prompts or audio tones. I switch the mic off to try and start the reset process but the lights stay off and don't light up orange. The speaker will not then react in any way from touching/holding the top or switching the mic on or off. Is there any other way to do a hard reset, or is the speaker faulty? (I have tried a different power supply)
I have carried out the usual factory reset procedure in the past successfully so I know how it is supposed to work.
Any suggestions welcome.

If the factory reset process isn't working for you, try these steps:
Issues when you reset your Google speaker - Google Nest Help
Unfortunately, you need to repeat step 1 a total of 11 times.

That sounds brilliant. I'm away from home at the moment but when I'm back I'll give it a try. That is exactly the issue I have. I'll let you know if it works. (Be a few days)
