Can’t swipe left on right side of screen

Hello, I just got a Google Nest Hub Max and during the tutorial, I can’t swipe left on the right side of the screen. I tried a factory reset and am having the same problem. I have a video if that’s helpful.

I'm having the same problem. I just ask Google to show me whatever I want now.

Hi, it was a grade "A" unit i purchased (customer return) from an ebay seller. everything else appears to be working OK, and it was during the tutorial. Exactly the same behaviour as the other post described.

It was right out of the package. Had never been used or dropped. I was starting the tutorial because it was brand new.
