Nest audio was working great in a pair. Left town for a few days and came back to one of them not working. Have tried unplugging/plugging in (after a minute, etc). Have tried turning off and on 10 times (unplugging and plugging in, both with mute switch on and off). Have tried a different power supply, and tried power supply on different device (new supply didn’t turn on nest, and old supply powered on other nest audio unit)
I have tried to factory reset, but it isn’t working.
I have had these for about a month, live in US, have all updates done through home app. I’m lost, no lights turn on and I can’t connect it.

I tried many time but it doesnt work.
it seems my nest audio have internal issue.

I purchased my nest audio 2020, Nov at best buy at Laredo, TX.
I hope I can get repair service.
