I want to unlink my spotify account, but when I click 'unlink', Google home says that this is impossible. Why? And more importantly: how to fix this?

Thanks again for helping here, @RachelGomez123. @RMvanderSpek, I hope you've got the answer you're looking for. If needed, re-install your Spotify app. Once done, go ahead and unlink your Spotify account from your Google Home app. It will take you to its link and follow the steps provided.

Thanks both for the answer. I haven't tried the solution yet. Mostly because I don't remember what spotify account I linked it with originally 😅

In the end we succeeded to unlink, although it didn't happen instantly after clicking (we saw the change happen a few hours later).
