Cannot connect netflix to google home hub

I want to watch Netflix on my hub, but every time I try to, I am met with

"access_token" or "error" must be set in the fragment."

I have done everything suggested, and nothing works. I have a google pixel 6a and an ad based subscription to Netflix. Both the hub and phone are on the same network.

Hi there,

Thank you for posting in the community, I understand that this error message "access_token" or "error" must be set in the fragment." when you want to see Netflix. I'm happy to help you!

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Has this worked before?
  • When did the convince start?
  • What troubleshooting have you done so far?

In the meantime, please follow these steps below:

  • Check that the Netflix app is up to date on your streaming device.
  • If you are using a phone or tablet to stream Netflix, try signing out of the Netflix app and then signing back in.
  • If you are still experiencing issues, try resetting your Nest Hub by unplugging it and then plugging it back in
  • We commend you to take a look at this article: Play TV shows and movies with your speaker or display - Android - Google Nest Help

Let me know how it goes.

Best regards,

Rusell
