I get this error and a white screen.

Either "access_token" or "error" must be set in the fragment.

Hello jsuther2000,

Thanks for visiting the Community.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues linking your Netflix account to your Google Nest Hub Max. Let's try to get to the bottom of this. A few questions: when did the issue start? What country are you located in? What is the make and model of your phone?

Let's go ahead and try using a different phone or tablet to link your Netflix account to the Google Home app. Let's see if you get the same message when using a different device.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,

Muddi

Started when I got the device just last week.  I'm in the United States.  I have a Samsung S21 Ultra. My son tried his device, and it didn't work for him either.

Hi jsuther2000,

There was a recent update on Netflix account sharing. I want to check, are you the main account holder? If not, are you connected on the same household/WiFi as the main account? Is Chrome your default browser?

Try to do these steps: Open Chrome and go to this link > Enter the Email and Password > Log in.

Regards,
Alex

I am the main account holder.  Chrome is my default browser.  I tried that link, and I get the same error. "Either "access_toke" or "error" must be set in the fragment.

Thank you for taking your time to help me.

Hi there,

Strange. Kindly contact Netflix support to check if there are the same reports as this and see if there’s anything you need to do from your Netflix account so it can be linked to Google Home.

Kind regards,
Alex
