Cant cast audio to groups.

I have a nest Hub in one room, and a nest mini in another. Ive created a group with both of those devices in it. When i go to the google home app on my phone i can choose to cast to one or the other device, but not both.

I also tried going into spotify, and choosing the device to play on (spotify recognizes the group name at least) but audio only comes out of ONE device.

Why is this so busted?

Thanks for bringing this up. Apologize for the late response.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues casting on your speaker group. Let's dig deeper into this. When did the issue start? Are you using a dual-band router? How far are the devices from the router? Do you have the same issue when using a different phone/tablet?

Let's try these steps below:

1. Make sure that mobile data is off.
2. Move your Google Nest device within 15-20 ft. away from the router to get enough signal from your network.
3. Reboot your Google Nest device and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leave them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals.
