The speaker somehow lost connection and when I try to reconnect, it says "something went wrong, please try troubleshooting by unplugging the device" . I went through the whole process of rebooting but nothing helps. The final step of the setup there is an update and after that back to zero, the same message repeats.
Could this be related to any router settings?

Hi shreyasvjay,
Thanks for posting.
Sorry to hear about what's happening with your speakers. Can you tell me how many speakers are affected by this "Something went wrong" message? Also, what type of speakers are you using?
Let's go ahead and try performing a complete reset on your speaker and make sure that when you set it up, it should be within a good range from the router to get a stable WiFi connection.
Let us know if these works on your end.
Best,
Princess
