Cant hear the google mini

I'm trying to set up the google mini but it has no sound . I have been trying to reset but still no sound from the google nest mini. Does anyone know why the sound has stop working??

A few questions: is your Google Nest Mini powered on? What's the LED status of your device? When did the issue start? Have you tried some troubleshooting steps before?

Ensure that your Google Nest Mini has power and has a maximum volume. Check this support article to see if you are factory resetting the unit correctly.
