Cant swipe left on google nest

Trying to set up a google nest, unable to swipe left. The settings dont show anything, cant get back to the tutorial. Basically cant do anything on it. How do you set thes devices up?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with your Nest device. Let's go ahead and check it out. Would you mind me asking what type of Nest display is this? Is it a Nest Hub, Nest Hub 2nd Gen or Nest Hub Max? Is this the first time setting it up or was it working before? By the way, have you already tried the steps provided by RachelGomez123? It would help us narrow things down if you could try it. You might also need to do a factory reset to revert it back to its default and original settings.
