Hi there guys,
I have an issue with my home Hub Max, when I use the nest app on my mobile phone or through Chrome on a PC the Hub Max's webcam is visible with no issue.
I however have 2 Google Nest Hubs and neither of these will display the Max's camera, I just get an error saying Actually the Display doesnt support this functionality.
I have tried resetting the Max Hub and the others as well yet this issue is still present, I would expect google products to work well with one another but surely not in this case, even my Wifi is via a google mesh system.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!!
Mark

We get the same error when trying to view the camera on the Nest Hub Max from one of our Nest Hubs. It's the same error you get if you try to view the camera on the Nest Hub Max from the Nest Hub Max itself.

Did you find a fix for this? This issue wasnt always present for me, started with in the last few weeks I wonder if some kind of update came through and messed things up.

Hi folks,
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. We receive reports about it and it appears that the issue is fixed now. Could you try to do a sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest displays for 30 seconds, then do the same thing on your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
Juni
