Casting a youtube music video (or just any video for that matter) should not be limiting me to display devices (chromecast or nest hub).
Furthermore, when I have a chromecast and multiple nest audio speakers in a group, I should not be limited to only casting youtube music songs. I should also be able to cast youtube music videos to the whole group in such a way that the video plays on the chromecast (TV) and the audio plays on the speakers, all in sync.

Should and can are two different things. Right now you cannot play the audio of a video feed to Google/Nest speakers. If you would like this functionality added, please submit a feed back request by using the feedbak link in the home app, or "Hey Google submit feedback" on one of your speakers.

Yes this is a feature request.

Hi there,
Adding to the answer by kiltguy2112, from an Android mobile device you can cast the audio from YouTube videos playing using the device settings within the Google Home app.
